- The Rights-Centric Education (RCE) Quality Assurance System (QAS) is a Program offered by the RCE Network in accordance with its Articles of Association.
- These Terms and Conditions may be amended by the Participants of the QAS by following the consent-based decision making procedure described in the Articles of Association.
- Participation in the RCE QAS is voluntary, and shall require membership of the RCE Network and signing the Declaration of Child Rights-Centric Education (2024).
- There shall not be any fees charged for Participation in the RCE QAS
- All information provided to the RCE QAS may be published, including personal information. Participants who wish to remain anonymous are advised to use pseudonyms, use non-identifiable email addresses, and not provide details such as social media handles, websites, etc.
- Participants agree to submit information which is true and accurate, to the best of their knowledge.
- The RCE Network shall publish information received in good faith, and does not audit/certify/verify/validate the accuracy of the information received.
- When submitting information sourced from children (e.g. results of a survey of children, testimonials, etc.), Participants agree to
- Not include names of children (use pseudonyms)
- Only provide personal information (including but not limited to ethnicity, religion, family status, citizenship status, disability, age, gender, sex, sexual orientation) if it is necessary for understanding the context of the information
- Ensure that children participate voluntarily, with informed consent on how the information will be published (possibly including consent from Parents/Guardians). Signed consent is recommended.
- Participants agree to only submit photographs / videos if all participants consent to the photographs / videos being published. Signed consent is recommended.
- Participants may withdraw from the RCE QAS at any time, by sending a request to network@rights-centric.education. In such an event, information provided by participants to the RCE QAS may be retained, and remain on public display (except for personal information, which shall be removed)
